not placebo, verified by friends who don't know i was taking it

Worked really well, after just a week i started to feel and see some reasults, as a third party verification friends and boyfriend was commenting how big i was getting. so definately not placebo

So far so with the alpha helix, good energy and strong workouts. Really happy with that one!

Rad140 came with a large amount of white sediment that wont dissolve no matter how much I shake it, and has a raw after taste. Not sure if this is normal. I sent an email to ask about this but no reply.

Getting stronger everyday with the combination of the two. Rad140 about 5-6 hours before a workout and the alpha helix just before bed.

Would def recommend the two.
