The Elite Sarms muscle builders are best taken around 30 – 45 mins before resistance training. Since they have a half life of 24 hours they should be taken around the same time each day.
These products are activated by weight training, therefore taking them before a weights and/or other type of resistance training helps activating the Sarm to it’s full potency.
