Elite Sarms Protects®s active ingredient – Tamoxifen is called a SERM – Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. Tamoxifen creates balance between the primary female sex hormone Estradiol also known as E2 and testosterone.

Estradiol (E2) is an important hormone to keep balanced in the body for males especially, as it plays a significant role in a variety of functions, such as bone metabolism, cardiovascular health, testosterone production and testicular function.

Sarms do not Aromatize into estrogen which negates the need for use of an Aromatize Inhibitor (AI) – a compound that blocks the conversion of testosterone to Estrogen. However, longer cycles of 10-12 weeks + of continued Sarm usage can create a dip in endogenous testosterone levels over time depending on ones biology. It is worth noting that Sarms can only lower endogenous testosterone and never completely shut down testosterone levels making them a much safer and healthier alternative to their AAS counterparts.

Tamoxifen works at the level of the pituitary gland stimulating the release of LH and FSH, which in turn drives both the steroidogenic and spermatogenic functions of the testes – leading to a regeneration and increase of naturally circulating testosterone levels.

When the goal is to increase circulating testosterone in those with low testosterone levels, it is important to note that Tamoxifen does not suppress endogenous gonadotropin secretion. As a result, Tamoxifen, unlike exogenous testosterone therapy, has a positive effect on spermatogenesis and consequently improves the testes function by increasing gonadotropin levels – which then results in restored and naturally elevated testosterone levels.

Dosage of Protect®

Research suggests PROTECT® is most effective dosed at 20mg daily for 2 – 4 continuous weeks. Each bottle is 30ml total liquid volume. 1ml of PROTECT® is equal to 20mg of active ingredient (Tamoxifen). Each bottle contains 30 + dosages.

20mg of Protect® is the most common dose, although some researchers will go as low as 10mg or as high as 40mg in a 24hr period.Average peak plasma concentration occurs approximately 5 hours after dosing. The decline in plasma concentrations of Tamoxifen is about 5 to 7 days. Shake well before use.

Recommended dose is 1ml daily which is a single dose of 20mg of Tamoxifen. Normal cycle duration is between 2 – 4 weeks, however can be continued for up to 5-6 weeks.
